Fipla Oy is a spin-off company specializing in intelligent invoices to streamline consumer billing. The company was formed when Fipla acquired the intelligent invoicing IP and technology from N Health Technology Oy in 2021. Along with the transaction, an executive team was formed for Fipla to improve the scalability of the business model and take over the product development. Their solution structures invoicing, simplifies payment processes, increases customer feedback, and reduces credit loss.
Our investment in Fipla was made in 2021, at the same time as Fipla was formed. We believe intelligent invoicing is essential for businesses operating in the consumer sector to increase customer satisfaction and sales. Fipla’s solution is unique in the Finnish market.
