Kirill, Jane, and Artem founded Enty in 2020 to help SMEs with the boring, but compulsory, back-office operations that most companies face. The journey began with a simple feature: assisting entrepreneurs in opening Estonian companies. Through conversations with early customers, the founders noticed companies spending too much time on back-office tasks. This time could be better used elsewhere. With their expertise in back-office operations and product development, they evolved Enty into a comprehensive solution. Enty now handles all the essential functions needed for managing an SME’s back office.

Before using Enty, many companies struggled with managing up to 10 different tools and service providers to handle their back-office needs. This lack of integration results in inefficient processes, with no automation and significant time wasted managing multiple software. Jumping between different software and manually filling in the same information multiple times is tedious and confusing for the user.

Enty addresses these challenges by offering an all-in-one platform that consolidates essential tools. It provides pre-integrated features for financial management, contract management, invoicing, and e-signatures, all under a single subscription. Available for all EU SMEs, as of summer 2024, more than 1,000 companies are already benefiting from Enty’s streamlined and user-friendly solution.
